This is My “Pinch Me” Moment And just like that, the 2023 BlogiFam Retreat is over. From permanent bracelets (apparently next year everyone wants tattoos now) to posing like Zara models in our denim on denim to a group GRWM to squealing with joy at seeing Saturn. I’m exhausted but filled. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Cassey Ho (@blogilates) During our fireside chat portion, I was asked what my “pinch me” moment has been and my answer was this: I never knew that the people and the energy in this room could ever be real. To be surrounded by passionate humans, battling through the challenges of growing a business together, but also soaking in the joys of seeing you guys wear POPFLEX proudly, it’s really a journey like no other. Growth drives me. I love it. I live for it. I like going fast and I want to go FASTER. But like with fitness, you can’t see progress without rest. It’s tough when you guys are excited, I’m excited, the team is excited and we want to do more more MORE for you! But the truth is, we need to learn to slow down before we break down. I care about all the people you see in these pics so much (plus 2 new mamas/soon-to-be mamas who were there in spirit) and it is my responsibility to keep everyone here strong and happy. The energy that we have right now must be protected and I’ll do everything in my power to keep it that way. Daily, things are changing, and keeping up with the demands of the business while taking care of fam is proving to be extremely difficult. It’s all new… every day is new…and every day feels like a test that keeps getting harder. A test you can’t study for. A test you have to ace. I don’t know all the answers but what I do know is that it begins with nurturing the hearts and souls of the people on the team first, and the rest, we’ll figure out together. And just like that, the 2023 BlogiFam Retreat is over. Chasing waterfalls in Switzerland 🇨🇭 Somehow fit in a Switzerland trip between a crazy photoshoot, a few product launches, moving out of our old office, and prepping for our annual company retreat this coming Monday…am I tired? Yes. But we made the choice to live this life and I’m grateful for it every day. Youtube invited Sam and I to their Zurich HQ to consult the engineers and designers on how to make a better product for creators, so it was firstly a work trip but we managed to squeeze in a little extra time to explore this charming country! We even got in a little fight about HOW MUCH exploration we could do in one day. But don’t worry, all is resolved…because we ended up doing what I wanted . But also, if I didn’t have Sam I’d be showing up at airports on the wrong days (yes it’s happened), missing flights while literally sitting at the gate (yeah that’s happened too), and getting caught by the authorities (soooo on this trip I jumped on a train thinking I had paid the fare and Sam wanted to check my ticket to make sure I did but I didn’t let him bc INDEPENDENT WOMAN and then when the ticket checkers went around I got in trouble…SO YAH I WAS WARNED AND IT STILL HAPPENED.) Switzerland exploration recap! Okay here are the highlights! The power of the Rhine Falls I saw a video of this platform next to Rhine Falls and knew we HAD to find it. I needed to feel the power! Riding the gondola to toboggan at Mt. Pilatus and seeing the Lucerne cows A lil scary going up but totally worth it! Visiting Lauterbrunnen to see a town in the Swiss Alps with a dramatic waterfall backdrop Literally a fairytale town. Old Town Zurich I cannot get over these natural water colors omg! Alright now time to head back bc it’s about to be retreat time! I seriously love rompers and jumpsuits SO MUCH bc they save me SO MUCH TIME getting ready. I take FOREVER trying to find the perfect top to match to the perfect bottom, so dresses are great…except I don’t like how I can’t be as free as when I’m in shorts/pants. The POPFLEX Go with the Flow Jumpsuit can be dressed up or down or even just worn inside the house to lounge. It is SO COMFY. I’m wearing XS (recommend to size down) and the regular length. I’m 5’5”. You guys have lives outside of the gym and I wanna be there with you too. I’m starting with my favorite closet staple: a jumpsuit! The Go With The Flow Jumpsuit YOU GUYS. The Go with the Flow Jumpsuit is literally the most flattering and most comfortable thing I’ve EVER put on my body. The cut This is a wide-leg jumpsuit which means the lower half is super flowy and the top is more snatched. It has a wide, square-cut neckline and a racerback. You can dress it up or down and wear it literally anywhere. You have OPTIONS I love it so much that I had to make it in multiple inseams (petite, regular, tall) AND in a sleeveless and long sleeve version…WITH THUMBHOLES. This comes in XXS to 3X and is extremely stretchyyy! You can get your normal size if you like things loose or you can size down one if you want a little more waist snatch. I also made the inseams extra long so that you can wear it with heels, which is how I like to wear my jumpsuits! I’m wearing the XS in the regular inseam with heels. I’m 5’5”. Pockets! Duhh. But you know what makes her even more special? When I released my first design with a nip smoothing layer and no removable pads, y’all ate it up! The Celeste Mesh Bralette sold out so fast! But I noticed a range of reviews on the nip smoothing layer – some saying it was enough and others saying that their were still showing through! I getchu. We’ve all got diff headlight intensities. So with the launch of my new no mesh design the Cleo Crop Bralette, I wanted to test out a new feature: Optional pad pockets. Use it or don’t, but up to you. Some girlies love the rounded shape and extra coverage the pads give them so I’m putting pockets there in case you need them! If you don’t, don’t worry. But everyone gets that cushy nip smoothing layer regardless! This style comes in XXS to 3X, is meant to be a lower impact sports bralette, and I’m wearing size small! Adding a new active dress to the fam Hey guys! Please welcome to the fam, a third active dress! This time, she’s less princessy and more sporty, but still romantic and 100% twirlable! She’s the Matchpoint Zipper Dress and she comes in XXS-3X in 4 colors on POPFLEX. I’m wearing XS and I am 5’5”. It’s totally TTS. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Cassey Ho (@blogilates) Shop Matchpoint Zipper Dress The zip adds a nice contrast to the dress while making it a bit easier to take this off to go to the restroom! I love the simplicity of a romper (aka an all-in-one outfit) so to me it’s worth the nakey in the bathroom situation. Personally, it doesn’t bother me, but if it bothers you, well – I think skorts and tops are your best bet for now until I figure out hygienic pee-thru fabric. If you already own the Twirl Dress, you’ll notice that this design has less of a circle skirt and more of a A-ish flared skirt. I love how the fabric just skims over my hips along with the contoured seams which really hip bring out my hourglass silhouette. You can wear this for anything honestly because it’s just so easy and comfy. To me, it’s a perfect dress for theme parks, workouts, errand-running, and lots of eating bc the fabric snatches and stretches in the best way Any fit questions? Ask me in the comments! Hey guys! This whole time I’ve been watching Taylor Swift evolve as an artist, a businesswoman, and a brand – her force is magnetic, POWERFUL, and empowering. No matter what people say, she keeps doing her thing HER WAY. Sure, attracting haters, but also creating many more lovers along the way and most importantly, always staying true to her changing self. “Inspirational” doesn’t quite encompass how I feel about her. It’s something deeper and I don’t have the word for it. The poll results Here are the outfits you voted for on my IG! Which one do you think I went with?! Try-on details Some of these are sold out, but here are the details on a few things! I bought the silver boots in 2022 before there were a bunch of copies on Amazon. Mine weren’t cheap but the quality is good! They run true to size. The rainbow tassle dress is from ASOS but sold out . The black tassle romper is from Amazon and I love it! The lavender rhinestone crop top and mini skirt have NO STRETCH but I still love them. The halter dress was from ASOS and had a terrible fit. 0/10 recommend. Anyway, let me know your fave outfit! Meet Your New Go-To Adventure Skort!! Hey guys! I have never put so many pockets on a skort AND I DO NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT! If you haven’t jumped on the cargo skort trend yet…get ready to fall in love. So many things to say about this new Hiking Superskort design that I started working on last fall: It’s my first non-twirl POPFLEX skort design and I am LOVING the structure! The asymmetrical slit took forever to get right but we’re here now and it’s exactly what I wanted! Cargo is in and these pockets are BIG. Yes that is a Trader Joe’s banana chip bag in one pocket (see below). Yes, that is a peanut butter jar, spoon, and protein bar in my other pocket. These are PROVISIONS POCKETS! This design isn’t for everyone…

This design isn’t for everyone… Hey guys! This really isn’t for everyone. But I’m not trying to design one thing for everyone. I’m trying to design different options for different bodies and different preferences. Leggings with a skirt To be completely honest, I had a really challenging time with the design. But I know how important it is to have modest activewear options for you! The challenge was worth it. It actually took 11 months and 19 days from the time I sketched this to be able to arrive at today’s release. Look, EVEN I thought all I had to do was plop my twirl skort pattern on top of my legging pattern and be done. But no. When I did that, it was looking dowdy and just so UN-POPFLEX. It took time to adjust the skirt ever so slightly to make it still twirl but not overwhelm. Shortening the waistband height, removing some extra fabric, and adding a higher curve to the sides is what helped create the right effect in the final product! As someone who personally does not dress modestly, I actually liked being pushed to create something that could not rely too heavily on showing skin to be cute. It challenged me creatively, and that, I’m always up for because it forces me to expand my mind. I’m wearing the POPFLEX Sklegging in size small. This is a 27” inseam and I’m 5’5”. Since it’s an experimental design, I didn’t create different inseams just yet. I need to assess what you guys think about leggings with a skirt before I head in any deeper. Anyway, I hope you love!
